I just spoke with Mike at Professional Fiberglass in Brighton, Michigan. He was the original tooler of the body kit for C&C. That's right. So, here we go again, only this time with a fresh lead. I directed him here, and will be trying to persuade him to reproduce the kit for us. This will require some idea of the level of interest. So, If you would purchase this kit in the next 3 months for $1000 (all hypothetical figures, of course), please sound off here.

Yes and No,Thats because they owned Hurst at the time. So it was done by them but it was because they owned Hurst so its not really "theirs".

most companies are intrested in money, best way to do that would be start a paypal fund and have intrested parties deposit a down payment of $100 refundable if it does not go thru..that will usually light a fire under the company to get it done.it would help if they offer the first buyers a special price.

I will TOTALLY buy a GTC kit for my lincoln, I miss my old erebuni kit, but this one is gonna look really nice on my car with the white ragtop and it all painted black.
If i had the money id buy 6 or 7 of them and sellem down the road as people become interested in them. u all know its hard to guagethe number of people that will buy one immediatly, but if a few were purchased, then people may be interested at a later date. (and u can make a tad bit of profit on them as well)

I would put up $100 as well, if I knew the cost up front....
Hey Mach, you could imitate your poster if this came to be :D

You know it!
Hell, I still have to get that damn thing reproduced so that I can spread the GTC love!
Now that I've got a 5 speed and a 351w the MACHVII is getting closer and closer to being a proper GTC replica everyday (only with a LOT of extra goodies that the GTC was lacking)! Then there are the other modifications on the way :shifty: ...
Tee-hee!
