Just replaced the heater core and now the fresh air door behind the glove box is flapping when the key is turned on.
Any ideas or suggestions before I have to pull the dash back out?

Joe,
Our only TC experience is a '97 with the dreaded blend door sensor click which I'm putting off fixing. I don't suppose the 2000 HVAC is anything like the '97?...we have the '97 book if you think it might help.
