Rear brackets are bolted in and then welded too. I cut one and a half coils off a set of 04 Cobra convertable springs. If my figgures are correct that will lower the car 1". Now I need to bolt up the shocks and rig up some brake lines. I am very excited to get some tires on this thing and lower it to the ground.
I took some pictures with my cell phone. If anyone knows how to get them uploaded onto here LMK and I will try to do so.
My build: 351, T56, IRS. 86LSC & 87LSC Bringing it all together

Got the brake lines hooked up. I will post pictures later. For now, here is a list of the parts I bought/used:
1/4" brake line tee,
1/4"-to-3/16" adaptors X2,
20" x 3/16" brake line,
40" x 3/16" brake line,
10mm-to-3/16" adaptors X2,
1/4" pipe straps with rubber inserts X4.
Total cost is about $25.

Gas tank went back in today. For whoever said it is best to remove the gas tank, they clearly did NOT reinstall it after the IRS was under the car.
For everyone else: Do not bolt the IRS up unless the gas tank is alresdy bolted in. You will not be able to get to the bolts!
